Developer: Cyrus Hagge

Arts supporter and philanthropist Cyrus Hagge believes that a vibrant Portland arts ecosystem requires affordable studio spaces. Cassidy Point is his vision. He currently serves on the boards of the Portland Museum of Art, The Crewe Foundation, RippleEffect, and Sail Maine as well as on the advisory boards of Space Gallery and Tempo Arts.

 

Connector: Jessica Tomlinson

Jessica has been involved in the creative community for more than 30 years. Her involvements include co-founding the The Dead Space Gallery, writing about the arts for The Portland Press Herald, and working at Maine College of Art & Design as the Director of Public Relations and currently as Director of Artists at Work. She has served on the board of Space Gallery and the Portland Arts and Cultural Alliance as well as the Maine Arts Commission. She is currently board chair of Loose Ends.

Architectural Design: Dextrous Creative

Portland architect Tracie Reed founded Dextrous Creative in 2014. The firm’s work encompasses a wide variety of commercial, residential work and construction types; from renovations of post-and-beam structures and light-frame construction to tenant fit-outs and institutional buildings.

A Maine licensed, LEED AP and NCARB-certified architect, Reed enjoys dextrously navigating the multitude of complex regulations governing the built environment, large and small.
